Log in to your GM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Carefully place the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
